EllisDon Digital Asset Terms & Conditions

EllisDon’s digital assets (the "Digital Assets"), including all digital content, internal and external photography, videography, graphics, and related media, whether included in this Digital Asset Microsite or not, are the exclusive property of EllisDon Corporation and its affiliates (collectively, "EllisDon") and are intended solely for business and communication purposes authorized by EllisDon. Employees may access and use the Digital Assets only in accordance with internal guidelines and policies and must not alter, distribute, or publish the Digital Assets outside approved channels. Any sharing of the Digital Assets with third parties, including vendors, contractors, or partners, requires prior written approval from the EllisDon Marketing department, and said third parties must agree to use the Digital Assets strictly for the specified purpose and in accordance with EllisDon's requirements. EllisDon retains full ownership of the Digital Assets, and any unauthorized use, reproduction, or external distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary or legal action.
