LEADERSHIP CAFES

At the end of each module in EllisDon’s Odyssey Leadership Program there is an opportunity to attend a Leadership Cafe. A Leadership Cafe is an opportunity for individuals going through the same experience to meet and discuss their thoughts, reflections, and commitments. Topics are flexible, and the cafes aim to foster a sense of community and shared learning among leaders.
