Being able to reflect and grow is key, but authenticity in the face of adversity, is what a person is made of. Paul challenges us to look at our own weaknesses, as uncomfortable as it may be. From there, we should look at those around us, who’s strengths are our weaknesses, and give them the opportunity to shine, and inspire those around you to lead in those areas.
